Return Policy

At Pink Avenue, we stand behind the quality and efficacy of our premium biotech skincare formulations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • Unused and unopened in original condition
  • In original packaging with all seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Not a sale, clearance, or final sale item

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and regulatory compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened, used, or tampered skincare products (including serums, creams, cleansers, and treatments)
  • Opened or used makeup products
  • Gift cards and e-gift certificates
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging, labels, or components

How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

Step 1: Contact us at suzie@pinkave.ca within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item(s) you wish to return.

Step 2: Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday) with a return authorization number and instructions.

Step 3: Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging. Clearly mark the outside of the package with your return authorization number.

Step 4: Ship your return with a tracking number to:

Important: Do not send returns to the manufacturer. Returns sent without a return authorization number or to an incorrect address may be delayed or rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged in transit).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $100.00 CAD. Pink Avenue is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Restocking Fee

Sometimes you change your mind. And that's ok. We do not charge a restocking fee for goods returned in good order per our refund policy.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to confirm eligibility. You will receive an email notification within 1-2 business days confirming receipt and approval status.

If approved: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method the same day of approval for refund. You will receive a confirmation email with refund details.

If rejected: We will contact you with the reason and offer to return the item to you at your expense, or dispose of it per your instruction.

Please note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product or variant, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Exception: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at suzie@pinkave.ca or call/text 416-922-0879. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and quality control. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement once we receive and verify the return.

Gift Returns

If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may return it for store credit in the form of a gift certificate, provided it meets our return eligibility requirements.

If the gift giver received the item first and then gave it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary by institution
  • If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at suzie@pinkave.ca

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs, duties, or taxes incurred. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service.

Refunds for international orders will be issued in the original currency (CAD) and converted by your financial institution.
