According to recent information, good reviews are supposed to start with a negative comment. Unfortunately, I could not think of one.
This is the most unique skin care product I have ever had. It goes on and absorbs with a kind of matte finish. When activated with water
it then transforms into a silky lotion that glides over the skin. That it doesn't bother my sensitive eyes is amazing.
The best part, I have seen results on my forehead and around my mouth. This is a product I will never do without.

Great cleanser!

I found Pink Avenue skincare when my favourite cleanser I used for years from Avene reformulated and became absolutely horrible to use. I was panicking to find something new for my sensitive acne prone skin (although I went on accutane and my skin has been clear for years now, it is still considered sensitive and acne prone/reactive). I became a loyal customer here by buying Pink Avenue’s “clean cell” (salicylic derma) cleanser for several months now. My skin took to it well and I repurchased multiple times. It was ever so slightly drying when I’d dry off my face, but it was so soothing and made my skin glow. Fast forward and I came to find it was discontinued recently and replaced with this “Refine BHA” cleanser - it wasn’t so much a reformulation of the previous one but moreso a replacement for the old one because the ingredient list is not the same. This one has additional ingredients in the formulation, like squalane and hyaluronic acid besides the salicylic acid. I was really nervous to try this one out, but I’m happy to say I like it better. It is lightly foaming compared to the other cleanser I used from here that did not foam at all, and I really enjoy the feeling of using this one. Ive used this new one for a couple weeks now and it does not strip my skin whatsoever, my face does not feel tight after and it doesn’t sting my eyes when the other one did. Actually, I found that my skin is more glowy, moisturized and even healthier/comfortable than when I used the old PA cleanser, and that’s saying something since I loved the last one despite some minor drawbacks. I’m pleasantly surprised and now I’m begging that they never get rid of this one. I’ll continue to buy. Thank you Suzie!
