Most orders are shipped and processed within 1-5 days. 

Orders totalling $100.00 or more (pre tax) are shipped free. 
Free shipping orders are shipped Via Canada Post Small Business Expedited.

Orders placed value $99.99 or less are subject to a Canada Post Fee selected by you at check out.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - 
Orders are shipped via Canada Post International Express Post 
Trackable.

Once your order leaves Canada, we are not responsible for the time and duration of your local post office to deliver your package.

All orders are traceable and a Canada Post, UPS or Purolator tracking number is forwarded to you once your order ships. 

Most orders arrive at destination, depending on region and country,  3 - 21 days after shipping.

Your tracking information is the most up to date information on hand. Please check with that to follow your parcels progress.

Pink Avenue is not responsible for theft of your parcel at your door. We ship with signature request for apartment shipments, we are not responsible for how, where and when a parcel is handled in your multi unit building.
