We ship to Canada and the USA. International destinations including Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Singapore and Taiwan are also available with duties and customs fees applied at checkout.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Monday through Friday typically ship within 24-48 hours — and in many cases, depending on inventory, the same day.
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues. If this happens, you will be notified with an estimated shipment date.
Most orders ship via UPS or Purolator, depending on your region. Far north regions in Canada typically ship via Canada Post.
Free shipping orders are sent via expedited service. You may upgrade to Express at checkout — additional charges apply.
You will always receive a tracking number for your shipment. Tracking information may occasionally be delayed in real time.

We require a signature for orders valued at $100 or more, and for orders shipping to apartment addresses and businesses.
If you are not home at delivery, your parcel may be held at your local post office for pickup.
Your order is packed with the planet in mind. We use minimal packaging to reduce our environmental footprint.
Pink Avenue and Eco Pink products are presented in airtight, secure packaging without extra boxing and wrapping. We prioritize sustainability over excess materials.

Returns

Refunds.
We want you to love every product you receive. If something is not right, we will make it right. Our return window is 30 days from purchase for unused, unopened items in original packaging. For questions, email suzie@pinkave.ca — she responds within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.
Items must be unused, in original condition and returned within 30 days of purchase. Sale items, gift cards and opened skin care or makeup products cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.

Email suzie@pinkave.ca with your order number and a photo of the item. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number. Mark your package with this number and ship with tracking to:

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm and notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Processing time varies by bank.
Items marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Items not marked as gifts will be refunded to the original purchaser. Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.
