Place the Light gently touching your skin and hold it in place.
The Light will beep after 3 minutes.
If desired, close the eye nearest to the Light.
Move the Light to a new area.
Repeat until you've treated all desired areas. Use your Light no more than 3 minutes per area, once daily.

Yes, there is no need to change your skin care regimen. We suggest using the Acne light on clean, dry skin. However, products with benzoyl peroxide, Vitamin A, or retinol (including Retin-A) should only be applied after using your Light.
Your body creates bacteria on a daily basis, clogging your pores and creating breakouts. LightStim for Acne contains Blue LEDs that kill P. acnes bacteria and Red LEDs to calm existing breakouts.
LightStim for Acne features 36 LEDs emitting blue and red wavelengths. Cleanse skin, then place the device directly on the treatment area. The device will beep after 3 minutes. Close your nearest eye if treating near the eye area. Move to the next area and repeat until all desired areas are treated. Treat each area for 3 minutes maximum, once daily. Follow with serum and moisturizer.
Your Light will beep every 3-minutes. To silence the Treatment Timer, hold the power switch down for 4-seconds until you hear the Light beep twice. To reactivate the timer, unplug the Light then plug it back in

LightStim is designed with high-end components; the LEDs should not need to be replaced.
LightStim uses a 100-240 volt power supply or transformer that will automatically adjust to the proper voltage for whichever country it is used in. The plug on LightStim power supply will not fit into the outlets of most foreign countries. Therefore, you will need a plug adapter in order to plug your appliance into the foreign outlets. These can be purchased online for just a few dollars.

What are your shipping rates?
Orders of $80.00 CAD or more (before tax) qualify for free expedited shipping in Canada and to the USA. Orders under $80.00 will have shipping charges applied at checkout.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Monday through Friday typically ship within 24-48 hours, in many cases, depending on inventory, same day. Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues. If this happens, you will be notified with an estimated shipment date.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Most orders ship via UPS or Purolator, depending on your region. Far north regions in Canada usually ship via Canada Post.
What type of service do you ship by?
Free shipping orders are shipped via expedited service. You are free to upgrade your service to Express; shipping charges will apply at time of checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination:
- GTA Toronto: 2-4 business days
- West Coast Canada: 5-10 business days
- Northern Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan: 5-10 business days
- USA: 6-14 business days

Do you require a signature for delivery?
We require a signature for orders valued at $100.00 or more, and for orders shipping to apartment addresses and businesses. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel may be held at your local post office for signature pickup.
How can I ensure timely delivery?
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, including your name, street address, apartment number, buzzer code, postal code, and contact information. Errors in your shipping address can delay delivery for several days.

What is your packaging approach?
Your order is packed with the planet in mind. To minimize our environmental footprint, we use minimal packaging. Pink Avenue and Eco Pink Skin Care products are presented in airtight, secure packaging without extra boxing and wrapping. While we appreciate beautiful marketing packaging, we prioritize sustainability over excess materials that contribute to waste.
Are you responsible for stolen packages?
We are not responsible for theft of parcels left at your door. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your package or selecting a signature-required delivery option.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address and did not receive my order?
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by you at the time of your order.
Can I combine discounts with free shipping?
Discounts cannot be combined on a single order. The free shipping minimum of $80.00 applies to your order total after discount codes are applied, but before tax.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
What items cannot be returned?
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Opened, used, or tampered skincare or makeup products
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Sale items
How do I initiate a return?
To request a return, please contact Suzie at suzie@pinkave.ca with your order number (or receipt/proof of purchase) and a photo of the item you wish to return. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number. Please mark your return package with this authorization number.

Please do not send returns to the manufacturer. Ensure your return address is accurate, as we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank's processing time. You will receive an email notification with refund details.
What if I haven't received my refund?
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post officially. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund appears. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at suzie@pinkave.ca.
Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
How do exchanges work?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at suzie@pinkave.ca and send your item to the address above.
What is your policy for gift returns?
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
