Allow skin to stabilize and rest overnight. Makeup may be applied the following day if needed — but avoid it if you have any crusting or open areas until fully healed.
Gentle cleansing only
Do not cleanse the skin on the evening of your treatment. For the next 2 to 3 days use a mild, fragrance-free cleanser. Avoid acids, retinols, and active products for 3 weeks.
Expect a brief purge
Some clients experience a short purge phase as the treatment clears congestion from within. This is a positive sign and will settle — do not pick, squeeze, or scrub the skin.
SPF every single day
Renewing skin is more photosensitive. A broad-spectrum SPF 30+ is non-negotiable throughout your series. Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning for at least 14 days post-treatment.
The shedding phase - days 4 to 7
Light to moderate flaking as spicules naturally exit is completely normal. Do not scrub with towels, loofahs, or exfoliants for at least 48 hours. The reveal underneath is worth the patience.
