Cleanse Your Skin
Start with clean, dry skin so the light can reach your skin without anything in the way.
Place Device on Skin
Hold the LightStim gently against your skin with the LED lens flat on the treatment area. When treating near the eyes, keep your eyes closed for comfort.
Hold for 3 Minutes
Hold still for 3 minutes per area and let the light work. Treat the forehead, around the eyes, cheeks, mouth and jawline.
Move and Repeat
Move to the next area and repeat until your whole face is treated. Then apply your serum and moisturiser as usual.

Consistent treatment power from full charge to low battery. Here's what to know about your LightStim battery.
Yes. The handheld regulates its output so the LEDs maintain consistent treatment power throughout the usable battery range. A lower battery means less remaining treatment time, not a weaker treatment.
There's no need to fully drain the battery before charging. Lithium-ion batteries generally experience less wear when they're recharged as needed, rather than repeatedly being run down completely and then charged back to 100%. Simply charge the handheld whenever it's convenient.
The handheld uses a high-quality lithium-ion battery designed for long-term use. Like all rechargeable batteries, its capacity gradually decreases over time, but under normal use you can expect many years of service.
Because a full charge provides about two hours of use, most people only use a small portion of the battery's capacity between charges. Over time, normal battery aging typically means somewhat less runtime between charges, rather than the battery suddenly becoming unusable.
The battery is internal and isn't designed to be replaced by the customer. If you ever have an issue with the battery or charging, contact LightStim Customer Support at support@lightstim.com or text (949) 502-4088, and they'll help you.
Yes. The TSA limit for lithium batteries in carry-on luggage is 99 Wh (watt-hours), and the LightStim handheld and Recovery Loop battery is only about 9 Wh. You can pack it in your carry-on, and even use it during your flight where your airline permits.

What are your shipping rates?
Orders of $80.00 CAD or more (before tax) qualify for free expedited shipping in Canada and to the USA. Orders under $79.99 will have shipping charges applied at checkout.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM Monday through Friday typically ship within 24-48 hours, in many cases, depending on inventory, same day. Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues. If this happens, you will be notified with an estimated shipment date.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Most orders ship via UPS or Purolator, depending on your region. Far north regions in Canada usually ship via Canada Post.
What type of service do you ship by?
Free shipping orders are shipped via expedited service. You are free to upgrade your service to Express; shipping charges will apply at time of checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination:

Do you require a signature for delivery?
We require a signature for orders valued at $100.00 or more, and for orders shipping to apartment addresses and businesses. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel may be held at your local post office for signature pickup.
How can I ensure timely delivery?
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, including your name, street address, apartment number, buzzer code, postal code, and contact information. Errors in your shipping address can delay delivery for several days.

What is your packaging approach?
Your order is packed with the planet in mind. To minimize our environmental footprint, we use minimal packaging. Pink Avenue and Eco Pink Skin Care products are presented in airtight, secure packaging without extra boxing and wrapping. While we appreciate beautiful marketing packaging, we prioritize sustainability over excess materials that contribute to waste.
Are you responsible for stolen packages?
We are not responsible for theft of parcels left at your door. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your package or selecting a signature-required delivery option.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address and did not receive my order?
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by you at the time of your order.
Can I combine discounts with free shipping?
Discounts cannot be combined on a single order. The free shipping minimum of $80.00 applies to your order total after discount codes are applied, but before tax.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
What items cannot be returned?
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Opened, used, or tampered skincare or makeup products
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Sale items
How do I initiate a return?
To request a return, please contact Suzie at suzie@pinkave.ca with your order number (or receipt/proof of purchase) and a photo of the item you wish to return. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number. Please mark your return package with this authorization number.

Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank's processing time. You will receive an email notification with refund details.
What if I haven't received my refund?
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post officially. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund appears. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at suzie@pinkave.ca.
Can I return sale items?
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
How do exchanges work?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at suzie@pinkave.ca and send your item to the address above.
What is your policy for gift returns?
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.

LightStim provides a two-year limited repair or replacement warranty on LightStim devices, including LightStim for Wrinkles. The warranty period begins on the original purchase date and applies only to the original purchaser of a product purchased directly from LightStim or an authorized LightStim retailer, such as Pink Avenue Skin Care. Valid proof of purchase is required, and the warranty is not transferable.
Products purchased secondhand or through unauthorized sellers, resellers, marketplaces, liquidation sources or other unauthorized channels are not covered.
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including defects in the original power supply or transformer. It does not cover normal wear or cosmetic damage; misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage or liquid damage; unauthorized repairs, modifications, accessories or power supplies; incorrect voltage or electrical current; shipping damage; altered or missing serial, lot or batch numbers; or conditions beyond LightStim's reasonable control. If an eligible product is determined to be defective during the warranty period, LightStim may repair it or replace it with the same or a comparable product.
To request warranty service, contact LightStim at support@lightstim.com or text (949) 502-4088 with valid proof of purchase, the product serial number or lot or batch number, a description of the issue, and photographs or video showing the problem where you can.
LightStim may require troubleshooting or return of the product for evaluation. Do not return a product without prior authorization. Customers are responsible for shipping products to LightStim, and international customers are also responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
